Marshall Wooldridge Ltd was established in 1973 by Howard Marshall, current chairman, and Jim Wooldridge.
The office in Ivegate, Yeadon was purchased in 1975 and extended into the building next door ten years later. Since formation Marshall Wooldridge has developed an enviable reputation of technical competence and ability in all forms of insurance and financial services.
Marshall Wooldridge Ltd. has grown into one of the top 50 independent brokers in the country. Kay Hardman & Co was purchased in 2005 and HNH Insurance Brokers Ltd in 2008, now we are spread across 3 locations in Yeadon. Today we employ over 60 members of staff and our expertise has been recognised by the award of chartered status by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

The launch of the new Dingy, which allows people with disabilities to manoeuvre the vessel by use of the electronic controls, was also attended by other sponsors of the Club’s SAILFREE scheme.
