James joined MW from Ashville College in 1988 and has risen through the ranks to be Managing Director of our General Insurance Broking Division. James specialises in the provision and arrangement of major risk programmes, with a particular expertise in professional risks, food and the waste management industries.

Richard is the MD of our Financial Services Division and holds the Diploma for Financial Advisers. Richard’s key areas of expertise are financial planning, pensions and investment, Business Protection including Keyman & Shareholder Protection covers.

Andy is a Chartered Insurance Broker, ACII qualified with an honours degree in Business Studies from Liverpool University. Andy is an active serving member on the CII Council for the Broker Academy, and is the current face of the CII publicity campaign on Chartered status aimed at significantly raising the levels of professionalism within the insurance industry.

David is the Sales Director for Marshall Wooldridge, ACII qualified and he has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial broking market with over 25 years experience arranging cross-class covers and franchising arrangements.

Richard joined Marshall Wooldridge in 1992 and has risen through the ranks to be our Commercial Broking Director. Richard has day to day responsibility for our very important Sports Scheme Division including the ECB ExtraCover facility for local cricket clubs & the IntoSport activity brand

The founder of Marshall Wooldridge in 1973 Howard is our current chairman and still works in the business to this day. Howard is a Chartered Insurance Broker, ACII qualified and has a wealth of knowledge with over 40 years broking experience.
