Company History

Kay Hardman & Co (a trading style of Marshall Wooldridge Ltd) was established in 1973 to provide professional insurance broking services and, since that date, has developed an enviable reputation based on competence and ability in transacting all forms of insurance. The business was acquired by Marshall Wooldridge Ltd on 20 April 2005. We serve a wide range of private clients, sole proprietors and corporate bodies.

Since the purchase of our first offices on Ivegate in 1973, we have grown as a company to employ over 60 staff. The company is now spread over 3 locations: Ivegate, High Street and Regency House, all based in Yeadon, West Yorkshire. The company has recently been awarded Corporate Chartered status by the CII.
